I do believe that we are what we eat, from our energy level, mental focus, and even our skin tells a story. When we plan, eat well, move more, rest, and take care of ourselves it shows.
This of course can feel hard to do as we live in a culture that promotes fast “food”, packaged “food” all of which is quick and easy but not nourishing for our bodies and long term health.
Taking the time to nourish our body is vital in our current fast paced world we live in. When you take a little more time, and a bit more effort not only will you feel better you will thrive.
